Typically we work on projects that are longer then 3 months. This is generally the minimum time frame required to effectively meet requirements.

We have never started a project knowing the system. We learn the system from scratch and develop the training to your specific requirements.
Is this a bad thing? No, actually it is a great thing. We see the system the way new users see the system and as such we can create training that better suits their needs. We have had clients who have used our services even after the vendor has delivered training. This is because the vendor has failed to understand and have the skills to meet the training needs of the client.
